About
Leadership Through Service. Growth Through Purpose.
"Leadership isn't measured by titles or trophies. It's measured by the people you develop, the culture you create, and the impact you leave behind."
MY STORY
More Than Coaching
Over the past 12 years, I have had the privilege of serving in leadership roles across Fresno State, Sacramento State, California Storm, Oakland Roots SC, Reno 1868 FC, Sacramento Republic FC, and the Guam Football Association Men's National Team. These experiences have allowed me to lead within NCAA Division I athletics, professional soccer, international competition, and higher education, where I have worked alongside student-athletes, coaches, administrators, executives, and community leaders committed to pursuing excellence.

Throughout my career, the organizations I've been part of have achieved an NCAA Division I Conference Championship, NCAA Tournament qualification, a Women's Premier Soccer League National Championship, a USL Championship, a USL Supporters' Shield, and numerous conference championships and playoff appearances. While I am proud of those accomplishments, I view them as the outcomes of something much deeper: strong relationships, intentional leadership, shared accountability, and cultures built around trust.
For me, leadership has never been about collecting titles or trophies. It has always been about helping people discover what they are capable of accomplishing together.

MY PURPOSE
Use Passion to Serve Purpose
One phrase has guided every stage of my career:

Use my passion to serve my purpose.

Whether I am mentoring a student-athlete, collaborating with university leadership, planning organizational strategy, or serving my community, I believe leadership begins with service. My responsibility is not simply to achieve results, but to create environments where people feel valued, challenged, and empowered to grow.

MY LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY
Leadership isn't a title.

It's a responsibility.
It requires earning trust before asking for commitment, listening before leading, and serving before expecting others to follow.
The leadership styles that have shaped my philosophy are transformational, servant, and democratic leadership. Together, they reflect my belief that leaders should inspire growth, prioritize people, encourage collaboration, and hold themselves to the same standards they expect from others.
MY CORE VALUES

PUMP THE BALL
No One is Bigger Than the Team

Leadership means being willing to do the work that allows everyone else to succeed. No task is beneath a leader.

RETURN THE CART
Accountability

Do the right thing even when no one is watching. Small actions create lasting trust.

BRICK LAYERS,
NOT RIBBON CUTTERS
Do the Work

Success belongs to those willing to build the foundation before celebrating the outcome.

DEFEND IT
Protect the Culture

Culture is something worth defending every day through actions, standards, and relationships.

MAKE IT AN ART
Be All In

Excellence comes from consistently investing in your craft with passion, discipline, and purpose.
